King Jables

James Bally, better known as King Jables, is an American MC and battle rapper from Independence, Kansas. Getting his start rapping in 2011 collaborating with Texas-based artist DNA Tru Lyricist, King Jables later made his battling debut in 2016 on the Supreme Rap Battle League based in his home state of Kansas. In mid-2017, King Jables moved on to battle on to the Connecticut/New York-based iBattleTV, where he quickly made a name for himself with his high-energy delivery, projection and aggression.

As he steadily rose within the ranks to become one of iBattle’s top talents throughout 2018 and 2019, Jables also competed on King of the Dot, making his main channel debut for the league battling Machete Trevy at The Wave 3 event on April 13, 2019. Just a few months after that battle, he found himself clashing against higher-tier MCs from URL like Drugz and Rum Nitty on iBattle in late 2019. In 2020, King Jables entered URL’s debut season of the Crucible talent development program. Soon after, he was selected as one of 12 picks by iBattleTV league owner & URL scout Lexx Luthor in the competition, solidifying Jables' status as a promising and entertaining rising star in the Culture.
