Kid Boozie is an up and coming gay artist with down syndrome, who through his deep and meaningful lyrics, is educating his audience on the importance of using contraception and asking for consent.

Raised in the hood, Boozie has learned to survive by any means necessary. Boozie has mentioned many times how his upcoming in the hood affected him, specifically how it allowed him to learn many values such as perseverance, courage and resilience.

On the 6th of July 2015, Boozie would return home after a challenging day of school and bullying, only to be met by his drunk Dad, who ravenously raped and beat Boozie. This traumatic memory is Boozie’s motivation to spread the message of using contraception and asking for consent.

Along with his thought-provoking lyrics, Boozie is also an expert beat crafter, who has produced beats for artists such as Kanye West, Kendrick Lamar and Jay-Z.

Kid Boozie’s music serves as a way to express his issues with the world, as well as being an outlet to raise awareness for down syndrome and autism.
