K-Son, a name derived from his last name “Cason”, is a hip-hop/rnb/alternative artist originally from Alabama. Since a child, K-Son remembers taking influence from bands like Lynyrd Skynyrd, Hank, AC/DC and Beastie Boys. These groups got him into poetry and guitar. This later turned into a musical obsession.

In late 2018, K-Son and his work friend, Blvff, were stationed on a naval vessel where they created their first EP, After Ours, together in the ship’s chapel area. This sparked the creative mindsight he used to continue and release music alongside Blvff as well as with other musicians he has met along the way.
