Julian “Jay” Hines is an American rapper, producer, singer, songwriter and cover art designer from Sacramento, California. Whilst having various projects under his belt, Jay is most notably known for his work under the DEEPER THAN BLOOD and LoccSide Records labels under the moniker HXRRXRBXY.
