Juice WRLD (b. December 2, 1998 – d. December 8, 2019), also known as Jarad Higgins, was an American rapper born and raised in Chicago, Illinois. He is primarily known for emo rap due to his hit singles “Lucid Dreams” and “All Girls Are The Same” being met with high popularity in 2018.

Young Thug (b. August 16, 1991), also known as Jeffery Lamar Williams, Thugger or SEX, is an American rapper born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia. He is seen as one of the most influential rappers of this generation by heavily shaping trap and has inspired many artists thought his music in the last decade.

The duo was expected to release a collaboration project but the status of the project has been unknown ever since the unfortunate passing of Juice WRLD.
