Joseph Kenneth Philips

Joseph Kenneth Phillips (born August 7, 1959, in Wheaton, Illinois) is an American musical director, composer, and songwriter. Phillips is the owner and Operator of Joe Phillips Productions. It was founded in 1996 in Dallas, Texas. Phillips was also a composer and instructor at Full Sail University (a private college in Orlando, Florida). One of Phillips' most known credits is being one of the music directors for Barney & Friends.
