Singer songwriter Jordane was brought up in a South Asian household surrounded by country, blues and soul music. She began exploring her own soulful vocals at church eventuating to finding her own RnB sound with influence from Lauryn Hill, Gabrielle, and recently Maeta. Jordane uses her own songwriting to reflect a genuine confidence, adding to her artistic depth. Understanding her sound gained her global recognition from BBC Radio 1, BBC Asian Network as well as being named International Act of the Year by UK independent radio.
