Baton Rouge, Louisiana native Jor'dan Armstrong is an urban inspirational artist whose sound is in line with commercial R&B. Armstrong, like most great singers grew up singing in the church. His mother, a well known singer in the city created the desire for Armstrong to perform publicly. He then would sing at various churches as well, making him a childhood sensation. A singer, songwriter, and producer, Armstrong has been deeply involved with music his entire life. He entered the music industry in a behind-the-scenes capacity with work for the likes of Hamilton Park, and Adrian Marcel, prior to being sought out by veterans such as Tyrese and Johnny Gill. As a recording artist, Armstrong began to build his discography in 2009. His independently released albums include Champion (2009), Stronger (2012), and 52 Weeks of Summer (2015). He has also released billboard top 20 EPs, Confident (2016), Vibes (2017), and his latest project BLSD (short for blessed) in 2018 which took the music world by storm with 3 releases, weeks apart, culminating with one large body of work BLSD (Deluxe). All the while, he’s been featured and produced on numerous tracks by the likes of Black Knight, Canton Jones, Uncle Reece, and Group 1 Crew, Kierra Sheard, 1KPhew, and Da' T.R.U.T.H to name a few.
