Lee Joo Won (이주원), better known as JooE, was born in Busan, South Korea on August 18, 1999. She is the lead rapper and face of the South Korean girl group MOMOLAND (모모랜드).

She attended HanLim Arts High School. Afterward, she joined MLD Entertainment a month before the survival show ‘Finding Momoland’ began. On January 27, 2023, MLD Entertainment announced that all MOMOLAND members would be leaving the agency after deciding not to renew their contracts. On June 17, 2024, she announced she had joined Oneul Entertainment.

JooE is best known for her dance in “Wonderful Love EDM Ver.”, Kim Young Cheol’s “Ring Ring” and various TV commercials.
