Jonathan Groff is an American actor and singer who was part of the original Broadway casts of Spring Awakening and Hamilton. He received Tony Award nominations for both those works and won a Grammy Award for the Hamilton cast recording. He also starred in the 2015 off-Broadway revival of A New Brain.

On screen, he is best known for his voice work as Kristoff in Frozen, his guest starring role as Jesse St. James on Glee, and his leading role in HBO’s Looking. He is currently starring in Netflix’s Mindhunter.
