Noah Scurry aka Joker OTV, was an American rapper from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and was a member of the Zoo Gang subset OTV. On January 14, 2025 he was shot and killed in Philadelphia on his way to school infront of his mother at the age of 17. The shooting took place just one day after he released his song SWING MY DOOR in which he disses deceased opps. He was a talented basketball player and bright student in school, however in the streets he was allegedly responsible C for multiple murders, including the July 20, 2023, murder of Gillie Da Kid’s son Devin Spady aka YNG Cheese, Devin was also one half of the duo Macc N Cheese along side fellow rapper 37Macc.

A man known as Cbaby who is allegedly the nephew of Gillie Da Kid, made several posts to his Instagram story mocking Noah Scurry as well as story saying “Get ya rest cheesy that boy gas now” with a joker card emoji, further fuelling rumours that Joker was involved in the death of Gillie’s son.

While doing an interview with Shannon Sharpe, Gillie Da Kid confirmed that Joker OTV killed his son.
