John Fitzgerald Kennedy (b. May 29, 1917 – d. November 22, 1963), or simply, JFK, is the 35th President of the United States of America and former Senator of Massachusetts. The political symbol of modern liberal democracy, Kennedy led the golden era of the United States after the wake of the Cold War, gaining national reputation in the advent of television politics and populism.

In his brief three-year presidency, Kennedy risked the Cuban Missile Crisis, planned Project Apollo, contributed to the outbreak of the Vietnam War, witnessed the African-American Civil Rights Movement, and many more. In the original words of Senator Robert F. Kennedy–

In November 22, 1963, President Kennedy died in a tragic assassination conspiracy during a political visit to Dallas, Texas. The assassin, former Marine Lee Harvey Oswald, was arrested following a federal investigation, but was immediately shot on television by Jack Ruby before standing trial.
