Joe King was born on May 25, 1980, in Colorado. He is a songwriter, guitarist and backing vocalist in The Fray. He helps write almost all of the songs The Fray ever produced. He also co-wrote, “Undertow”, a single from Timbaland third solo album Shock Value II and, “Alright With Me”, a single from Kris Allen, the eight season of American Idol winner, debut self-titled album. He also released his own single Need​ a Woman by Friday in 2013.
