About Joe Grind

A veteran of UK Hip Hop, prolific rapper and creative, Joe Grind first emerged on the UK rap scene with formidable rap group SN1. Shortly after a series release of records from the group, Joe Grind focused on forging his solo career following the release of his acclaimed debut appearance on the ‘Greaziest Freestyle’. The record embodied the street culture of south London, a style that was evident in songs to follow. Joe Grind continued to solidify his place in the UK hip hop scene with the release of projects ‘Damn Fam!, Not Your Average Joe and classic trilogy Episode 1, 2 & 3' which each respectively displaced his growth in versatility and lyricism.

Following a short hiatus from releasing music, he made his resurgence in 2016 with ‘Fuck Dem Youts’, ‘Money’ and ‘Pon Di Riddim, just to name a few, which the latter two featured on his comeback E.P ‘Grind Harder’. This was just the tip of the iceberg, as 2017 saw the mammoth return of the hip hop artist. The first quarter of 2017 saw the release of ‘Pon Di Riddim 2.0 featuring Ghetts and JME, which he debuted in Eventim Apollo as he supported Ludacris’ London show. The record drew major support and endorsement from the fans, streaming platforms, commercial radio & club DJs. As well as phenomenal in club performances here in the UK & abroad this year, he supported Giggs as a main support act for the UK wide Landlord Tour.
