James Kawele Kavimba (born 5 November, 1993) professionally known as Jemax, Jemudaeh, Lyrical Baba Yaga or Ba Chilolo is a Zambian rapper and songwriter born and raised in Kabwe, Central Province.
He is one of the most influential Zambian Hip-Hop acts making his brand attracting other brands.
Breaking out with a hardcore HipHop single titled ‘Powerful’, representing the township of Kabwe which he tags “KBW” and jumping off to be signed by the artist he crowns as one of his idols, Ichimudaeh is the definition of when hardwork meets preparation.
Though currently working with Nexus Music Entertainments, on which he released the single Teti Mbe Mbwa, he was first signed to Alpha Entertainments Music which gave him an open scene on label mate Chef 187’s ‘Graveyard Shift’, Ghetto Code and off Chef 187’s 2023 album: Broke Nolunkumbwa’s ‘Ba Yubu’.
Working with almost all the big cats in the Zambian Music industry which never limit his genre across Zambia, he’s been highlighted as one of the best HipHop artists and songwriters by fans across. Though, he hasn’t had a debut album yet fans still ran an uproar disagreement when he said in an interview that he was underrated.
