Jeffrey David Stevens was born June 15, 1959 in Charleston, West Virginia and raised in Alum Creek, West Virginia. Jeff is married to Sandy Prunty Stevens and they have three children: Melody, Jeremy and Jody. Jeff is a songwriter, producer and singer. He has written and/or produced over 35 country hits. Examples of his songwriting skills include “Carrying Your Love with Me”, “Carried Away” and “True” for George Strait; “I Wanna Feel That Way Again” and “Big Love” for Tracy Byrd; “Back When” for Tim McGraw; “Drink a Beer” for Luke Bryan; “Reckless” for Alabama and “I Fell in the Water” for John Anderson. Jeff produces Luke Bryan. He also won Billboard’s 2014 award for “Hot Country Producer.”
