In 2014, he independently released his debut single “Gold” but made more substantial progress in 2018 when the tracks “Medicine” and “Like I Did” accumulated over 10 million streams between them. JC Stewart then signed to Warner Records that same year. After writing the song ‘Hollywood’ which featured on Lewis Capaldi’s 2019 album Divinely Uninspired To A Hellish Extent,his next track “Have You Had Enough Wine?” was premiered by Wonderland and was released on his Sunshine Boy sub-label.
