Jason Andre Washington (born May 23, 2002), known professionally as Jay One, is an American singer, songwriter, rapper, producer, blasian, and gamer based in Old Bridge, New Jersey. Jason’s music has been an outlet to his struggles growing up in a tough neighborhood. For a long time, Jason has abused juul, he bought his first pod at 3 and has been hooked ever since. His first hit single “No Fakes” was self-released in January 2018, amassing 13,000 plays in only 5 months. Described variously as Rap and RnB, Jay One has been freestyling since early 2016. As of May, 2018, Jay One has yet to release an album, but his seven singles have taken the hip-hop community by storm.
