Jason Michael Goldberg, otherwise known as Cheese is a North American record producer, songwriter, and audio engineer; he is best known for his work with YoungBoy Never Broke Again, Rich The Kid, and Lil Wayne.
Jason had “[fallen] in love with music as a teenager” according to his interview with Complex. He’d later begin to study at the Institute of Audio Research and Full Sail University where he’d obtain his niche for recording music.
Jason would begin his career in the music industry as he served as an audio engineer for artists such as Meghan Trainor and the American girl group, Fifth Harmony until he found an engineering placement on Travis Scott’s highly esteemed “goosebumps.”
Following his Travis Scott placement, Jason would begin to engineer for Rich The Kid. Through Rich, Jason encountered YoungBoy Never Broke Again which led him to begin to produce music as well as be an engineer. He notably produced Sincerely, Kentrell, From the Bayou, and The Last Slimeto.
