Jana “Jann” Lynn Browne was born in Anderson, Indiana on March 14, 1954. The singer married first Matthew Barnes and then Roger Stebner. She was a vocalist with Asleep at the Wheel from 1981-1983. She is known for “Tell Me Why” and “Mexican Wind”.
