Jang Daehyeon (장대현) is the leader and main rapper of Oui Entertainment’s boygroup WEi. Prior to WEi’s debut, he appeared on season 2 of Produce 101 alongside bandmate Kim Donghan, debuted and promoted for one year in post-Produce group RAINZ, and released a solo single album Feel Good.

Daehyeon is also a producer, working with Korean production group Stupid Squad (RYVNG and Maynine) as their mentee. He composed WEi’s first comeback song “모 아님 도 (All or Nothing)” and B-Sides “도화선 (Fuse)” and “16번째 별 (RUi).” Outside of WEi, he assisted Stupid Squad in arranging Rocket Punch’s “Ring Ring.” He is also credited as a lyricist for his rap lyrics on a majority of WEi’s songs.
