James Garrison Summers is a music composer, songwriter, and producer based in Tampa Fl. His father, Edward Summers worked for Motown as a producer, songwriter and composer. It was his dad who introduced him to music at the young age of 8. By the age of 11, James was already taking music serious. His dad introduced him to virtual synthesizing software which sparked his interested. Using his dad’s studio equipment he began his career as a songwriter and composer. For the next few years James continue to write and compose as much as he could. In 2012 he was hired as a full time producer /sound designer. He was now producing and writing music for films, games and commercials. He landed a job with film producer Chris Leto to score the music for his indie film “Rough Cut”, which he received IMDB credit.
