Roderick James Martin (born December 25, 2002), also known as James Droptop (stylized as JAMES DROPTOP), is a 20 year-old rapper hailing from Sacramento, California.

He released his first song, “fine wine and dining”, on his SoundCloud on June 28, 2018. This was followed up by a number of singles and features, until his first project—a joint effort with fellow Sacramento rapper, Lil Tone, titled Beautiful Disaster.
