Scotty Watt or Scotty Wotty is a little-known Wu-Affiliate. He was going to be an original member of the Wu-Tang Clan, but broke off from the group for some reason. Some of his verses include two on U-God’s 2009 album, Dopium, two on U-God’s 2013 album, The Keynote Speaker, and two more on U-God’s 2018 album, Venom.
GZA describes him in words: “His name is Jackpot, but his name was Scotty Watt then. Actually, we started rhyming at the same time out in Shaolin – we were in the 6th grade. I taught him, he always gives me credit for that. When I moved from Shaolin in like ‘80, ‘81, ’82, his name was all over that borough.”
