Musician Jack Novak is an unstoppable force. Growing up between Chicago and New York, where she started modeling at age fifteen, Novak channels the gritty glamour of these cities into her sound.
After moving to Los Angeles, Novak began making music, her life-long passion. Jumpstarting her career by touring with Pharell, She’s dominated the international DJ scene for the past five years, playing sold out stadiums from Sao Paulo to Shanghai and all over the United States. Vice hailed her as “the answer to female DJs."
But that was just the beginning of Novak’s creative journey. Fusing her backgrounds in fashion, art and music, Novak is now creating her own unique sound and visuals, which Interview Magazine called "Intense, intimate, epic.”
Novak’s debut vocal track “The Greatest Night of My Fucked Up Life” is a young anarchist’s anthem. Engineered by Jaimie Reed, who’s worked with Thirty Seconds to Mars and co-written with Baby E (Young Money/Dr. Luke), it’s catchy and filled with vulnerable, triumphant lyrics, a contagious beat and poetry by cult author Royal Young.
Not only has Novak perfected the art of singing and songwriting, she co-directs and produces her own music videos, taking a unique immersive and collaborative approach to her art. As Novak says in her debut music video for Fucked Up Life, “I’m not hiding. We all have a story don’t we?”
