In Real Life was a five-piece boy band that won the one-season singing competition Boy Band, hosted by Rita Ora. The group consists of Brady Tutton, Sergio Calderon, Drew Ramos, Chance Perez, and rapper Conor Smith (formerly Michael Conor).
Their first single, “Eyes Closed,” was released on August 24, 2017 – the day they won the TV show to form In Real Life.
In early November 2017, the band released Christmas singles “Feel This Christmas” and “I’ll Be Home For Christmas,” followed by four singles in 2018, “Tattoo (How ‘Bout You)” in February, “How Badly,” in April, “Tonight Belongs To You” in July, and “Got Me Good” in September. Their first headlining tour took place at the end of the year and was named after the Tonight Belongs To You Tour after the highly emphasized single of the same name.
The highly-anticipated single “Crazy AF” in March 2019 after a long break from releasing music, with two releases following it: “Somebody Like You” in May and “Hurt For Long” in July. The group’s debut album She Do was announced on the 9th of August 2019 and was highly anticipated until its release on the 23rd of the same month. Their second headlining tour, For U Tour took place in October of the same year.
In January 2020, the band announced they would be taking a hiatus, with each of them pursuing solo careers.
