Duo Immobiliare consists of MCs Left Lane Didon and Jay NiCE. The duo has one eponymous project to date, released 2017. Immobiliare continues to evolve as the two collaborate respectively at least once per Left Lane or NiCE project.

Left Lane speaks on how he met NiCE in his interview from South Vangard:

NiCE from my neighborhood for real, we from two different parts but we from the same neighborhood still. Him and couple of his homies were rapping throughout the years, me and my homies was doing our thing too and we had a mutual respect for each other. And that was really it; as time passed our situations changed. Niggas that was doing they thing kinda fell off. He was still going, and when I came home he was tryna get me to do a verse for his tape. And I was telling him, ‘Bro, I ain’t even on it like that. I’m not really tryna do it.’ But he kept pressing, so I was like, ‘A'ight.’ I did it. And that was really it.
