Music producer Ilja Eriksson was born in Perm, Russia and raised in Sandviken, Sweden before locating to Oslo Norway. During his teenage years the interest for music evolved into music production. Inspired by artists such as Axwell, Madeon and Porter Robinson, he began experimenting with different electronic music styles.

ILYAA is now stepping forward with his 2017-debut release, Singularity. A collaboration with vocalist Marie Meyer, co-produced by Mats Forøy and co-written by Marius Njølstad aka. Madden (Echo, Alive, Golden Light) and Andreas Garmark aka. 6AM (Meaning of Life, Supergirl, Golden Light).

Based on EDM sub genres including Future Bass, he is combining classic pop elements with spacious melodic sounds and the feeling of massive energy through his music.
