Icy, bürgerlich Seyhan Öngel (geboren 2002), ist ein deutscher Musiker türkischer Abstammung aus Hannover, Niedersachsen.
Bereits im Alter von 13 Jahren begann er, Texte zu schreiben und veröffentlichte schon 2017 seine ersten Songs.
Im Oktober 2019 veröffentlichte er sein erstes Tape Press Start To Play und ein halbes Jahr später erschien sein zweites Tape LP. Anfang 2021 erschien seine EP Bad Smoke Good Vibes.
