Hugo Hui

Hugo Hui is an upcoming Australian singer, musician, and producer from Hong Kong. He went Sydney Grammar School and studied at Sydney Conservatorium of Music.

Hugo has been playing piano and violin since the age of 4 and has amassed a large following on multiple social platforms over the years. He is best friends with fellow producer, Bailey Pickles. Hugo’s biggest influence is his uncle, which he stated “mirrored his musical characteristics”.

Despite his classical background in music, Hugo is into pop and jazz. Hugo expressed his love with pop and jazz music in an interview with The University of Sydney:

I’m obssessed with jazz harmonies and improvisation as well as the euphoria that pop music creates. Sharing music with other people brings me the most joy.
