Hồ Ngọc Hà was born in An Cựu, Hue, Vietnam on November 25, 1984 but was raised in Quảng Bình Province. She is a Vietnamese singer, model, actress and entertainer who debuted in the industry with her album 24/7 in 2004.

Hồ Ngọc Hà also has French ancestry as her father is of Vietnamese and French blood. She also has one child, by the name of Quốc Hưng Nguyễn.

Hồ Ngọc Hà has been active in the entertainment scene since 2000 and is still currently active.
