HΛL is a group of Japanese instrumentalists who have been working since 1990 producing song arrangements, gained popularity in 1999 by working with ayumi hamasaki on the album LOVEppears, since then they have worked with other artists such as Every Little Thing and Ami Suzuki. In 2000 they auditioned and chose the vocalist HΛLNA to be a member of the HΛL trio, which included the two composers ats- and Toshiharu Umesaki, they released two albums and a compilation where HALNA wrote all the letters and in 2003 ended their activities as a trio.
