Stef Caers is a Belgian singer, musician, producer and singing teacher. He was born on July 5, 1980 in Leuven, Belgium.
He initially performed under the stage name Steffen and later as Gustaph, under which name he will represent Belgium in the 2023 Eurovision Song Contest in Liverpool.
