亀井登志夫 (Toshio Kamei)

Toshio Kamei (亀井登志夫) is a Japanese singer, composer and producer. He worked with numerous J-pop artists, including Seiko Matsuda, Mariko Takahashi and Misato Watanabe. He also worked in the commercial music industry.
