Grizzly F.O.G. is a music producer and rapper based out of Hampton, VA. As a producer, he started producing beats out of FL Studio in 2011 during his second year in High School. Since then he has produced tracks for acts like Ish1da, JhamasaCorinthian, FrivolousShara, and others.

As a rapper, he started to write songs back in 2009 while in middle school, but didn’t actually start to record any material until 2015. During that year, he and his friend Jae Casino formed a rap group by the name of Peew Gand, with other friend Wolfy Rey joining the group in 2017.

He is also in groups such as DaDojo, Nakama Music Group, and Futurebaes.
