Govs is the moniker of Josiah Birrell, an Australian musician from Queensland. Although harboring a smaller fanbase, Govs has released multiple singles, an EP, and a full length album. Josiah writes and records all of his own music, using his own studio.

Josiah’s sound for Govs has changed slightly from release to release, but has always maintained a lo-fi, dreamy feel. From the self-titled EP to 6teenDRE'am, Govs has continued to impress listeners with deep lyrics and impressive instrumentals.
