Darion Roberts (born April 8, 1999), professionally known as GOONIE, is an American recording artist and producer reigning from Cleveland, Ohio and based in Orlando, Florida.

GOONIE started his career in 2016 alongside his collective Slayworld. In an interview with Duwapsr Goonie explains the thought process of beginning his career:

At first I wanted to become a producer like Metro Boomin, but nobody used my beats so I felt like I was ass. Then I started rapping on my own beats, and that got a buzz so I just became a rapper full time and that shit took off.

GOONIE is known for his association with artists including Izaya Tiji, frankslastday, Kankan, Autumn! and Summrs.
