golda may, aka Ariella Golda Sosis, is a Ukrainian-American singer-songwriter who was raised in Chicago, IL and San Diego, CA and now lives in Seattle, WA. She wrote her first song, “Genocide in Darfur,“ as a 7th-grader, graduated high school at age 16, and founded a nonprofit by the time she was 20. While studying business at UC Berkeley, she began taking songwriting more seriously and started recording music. Her music influences are Feist, Radiohead, and Grizzly Bear.
