Matthew Harris is not only the artist behind the tranquil and shimmering Glass Heart, but also the original founder of Bell Garden Records, and the drummer for VFKR. Glass Heart is one of Bell Garden’s most enduring undertakings, dating back to the early 2010s. The artist’s first release, titled ‘Melati,’ was issued on Bandcamp in 2015. In 2019, this EP was re-released on streaming and as a Deluxe CD version. Harris has focused his efforts since then on running the record company and relocated it to Chattanooga, Tennessee. The single ‘Deep Water,’ which was published in February 2020 and is part of the upcoming album titled ‘Moonbird,’ is the most recent release. The album’s release date is unknown, but it is likely to be in 2022.
