About Geo Slam

George Prodip Ola Wallén (aka Geo Slam) was born on April 23, 1976 in Dacca (Bangladesh).

During the construction phase (October 2014 to February 2015) he worked at PanGaia Studios in Stockholm. He sued the construction and owner company of PanGaia Studios, Northbound Music Group AB, in the Stockholm District Court because he had not received any salary or holiday pay for his work. In the verdict of the “Stockholm Tingsrätt” on June 7th, 2018, the court rejected the claims of George Wallén (aka Geo Slam), as no proper employment relationship between George Wallén and the Northbound Music Group AB could be proven.

According to his own account he worked as a composer and producer in the PanGaia Studios, for example with One Direction, Jason Derulo and others. However, Jason Derulo stated of his label Atlantic Records: “Neither Jason Derulo nor Atlantic Records have worked with, or heard of, anyone called Geo Slam. We’re sorry to hear that aspiring artists are being scammed in this way and outraged that someone is using our names in connection with their fraud.”

In November 2021, the reporter team Strg_F working for the German public television NDR published a documentary about Geo Slam titled: “Lady Gaga producer? This is how Geo Slam ripped off young talents.”

The Lady Gaga producer RedOne’s manager told the NDR that they sent Geo Slam a warning in which they demand “that Mr. W. immediately refrains from claiming that there is a connection to RedOne or his company.” He stated that Geo Slam is indeed “a former employee” of RedOne, but he was “a low key engineer and never a producer as he claimed” and that “he wasn’t with Red, when he was […] selling the dream […].”

On December 1st, 2021 an article about George Wallén (aka Geo Slam) was published in “Mittelhessen” by VRM Wetzlar with the title: “Tarun' and the bursting dream of Hollywood”.

STRG_F (NDR / funk) spoke to a total of 16 musicians who accuse the producer pressuring them into paying tens of thousands of euros with false promises. STRG_F has also evaluated thousands of internal messages as well as videos, contracts and confidentiality agreements that substantiate these allegations. Geo Slam repeatedly claimed that he and large investors had invested several hundred thousand euros in the singers' careers, so that they only had to contribute a small percentage of the costs. At the request of STRG_F, he did not provide any evidence for the alleged investors. The contracts made, which were overlooked in the NDR documentary by the music-rights expert Krister Axner are considered unprofessional and also granted Geo Slam 100 percent of the rights of the music produced in cooperation with him. Another young artist got an opportunity to perform in front of Justin Bieber through by his own contacts, the alleged star producer prevented this by prohibiting the performance and not providing the necessary songs. The research also suggests that the producer falsified legal letters, emails and other documents from an alleged management.

The swiss singer songwrighter Marije accuses Geo Slam of sexual assault online and that he, when she was in a bad mental state, pressured her into sending him sexual content. Another women tells in an interview with the NDR, that he used her mental state to have a, from her side unwanted, sexual relationship with her. He rejects all allegations against him.

However Iness Voca, a singer under contract with Geo Slam, who was a part and which temporary disapperance in 2019 is the suspected reason of the research done by the NDR stated in a video on the YouTube channel of Geo Slam that she felt misunderstood and said that the accusations against Geo Slam did not result in legal trials, which is untrue. Furthermore on this basis she argues that the accusations are false and she wants to be left in peace.

Since 2020 Iness Voca as singer and Geo Slam as producer and writer are publishing songs together like “One World Catching Fire”, which almost hits 300k streams on Spotify. More recent songs like “Go Wow” by Iness Voca and Saykay, published in 2021 are less popular.
