About GENERATIONS from EXILE TRIBE

GENERATIONS is a Japanese group within the EXILE TRIBE music collective. The group formed in November of 2012 under the label rhythm zone, and has seven members: Shirahama Alan, Katayose Ryota, Kazuhara Ryuto, Sano Reo, Sekiguchi Mandy, and Nakatsuka Yuta.

GENERATIONS has released six albums, as well as two collections of tour set lists and a compilation album called BEST GENERATION that included all singles released from their debut to 2018. Their second album SPEEDSTER was successful upon release, reaching the top positions on both the Oricon and Japan Billboard Hot Albums charts.

GENERATIONS has also had their music used countless times in shows, movies, and commercials on Japanese television. “Revolver,” “太陽も月も Taiyou mo Tsuki mo,” and “Big City Rodeo” were used for promotions with popular convenience store Lawson. “Brave it Out,” “Always with You,” “Run This Town,” and “また、アシタ (Mata Ashita)” were used for various shows on Japanese channel NIPPON TV.
