About Geike Arnaert

Geike Arnaert, often known mononymously as “Geike,” is the lead singer for Hooverphonic (1998-2007, 2020-present) as well as a solo artist. At the age of 18, she joined Hooverphonic, reaching popularity with their song “Mad About You.” Her first solo album For the Beauty of Confusion dropped in 2011 and her most recent, Lost in Time, released in 2019. She is also well-known for featuring on the song Zoutelande, the most successful Dutch language song of all time, with the band Bløf. Since 2020, she re-joined Hooverphonic and participated in the 2021 Eurovision competition, representing Belgium.
