Gary Oldman is a British actor, for both film and theatre, who is arguably most known for his roles as Jim Gordon in the Dark Knight Trilogy and the titular Dracula from Bram Stoker’s Dracula. He was trained at Rose Buford College and is currently one of the most famous living thespians.
While he has gained notoriety for his film roles, he stated that he’d rather be a musician than an actor when he was interviewed by Charlie Rose in 1995. He sings as Sid Vicious in the 1986 film Sid and Nancy as well as in Track 29. He even taught his Harry Potter costar Daniel Radcliffe bass guitar.
