Gareth Liddiard is an Australian singer-songwriter, guitarist and keyboardist best known as front man of The Drones and Tropical Fuck Storm.

Liddiard formed The Drones in the late 90s, recording 6 albums (plus a solo album in 2010) between 2002 and 2016, when the band went on hiatus.
The following year, Liddiard and partner Fiona Kitschin (also of The Drones) formed Tropical Fuck Storm – a name originally given to the record label that he founded for the release of The Drones' final album to date, Feelin' Kinda Free – with Erica Dunn and Lauren Hammel.

Born in Western Australia, he moved to Victoria along with the Drones in the early 2000s, and now lives in Nagambie (rural Victoria) with Kitschin and several dogs.
