Kenneth Jackson Jr. A.K.A. G-Slimm (1975-1996) was a gangsta rapper and Crip gang member from Algiers – a neighborhood in New Orleans, Louisiana. Having first appeared on Black Menace’s debut album “Really Doe” in 1993 he dropped his first and only solo album the following year called “Fours Deuces & Trays”, drawing heavily upon the West Coast G-Funk sound popular at the time. His career was unfortunately cut short in 1996 while he was working on his second album as he was shot to death by unknown assailants.
