Franck Rougier

Franck Rougier is a composer, director, and music producer born in Menton, France on June 2, 1966. He has collaborated and worked with artists such as Nâdiya, Julie Zenatti, Clara Morgane, and Christopher Willem. He created his independent label, Dream'up in 2009. From there, he composed, directed, and produced the debut album of the singer Dimie Cat, “Pin Me Up”, and her sophomore album, “ZigZag”.
