Born and raised in Mozambique, Flojo is an independent talented artist with a drive making creative, experimental sounds with hauntingly mesmerizing vocals which has been compared to Masego. His sense of versatility is astounding as he writes, sings and produces his songs. He finds inspiration from artists like Tyler Cole, Kali Uchis, Chloe x Halle and many more.

Flojo began his official career in 2021, but has had a reputation for music production before officially releasing music on digital platforms. The artist expresses his feelings, emotions through writing as it is he’s preferred method of getting a message across and expressing himself.

His EP titled, ‘Blurry’ released on the 16th, July 2021. In this EP, he expresses the ups and downs of any relationship and how it’s not always perfect. “It’s about choosing a path you don’t know is right or wrong, but you keep on moving until you get where you want to be.” said Flojo.

His single titled, ´Come Find Me`, is about knowing your worth and not giving in to temptations that will lead you to a path of regret. In the song, he expresses that no matter what people say or do to put you down, you are more than enough and you are the main character of your story.
