FLO is a British girl group consisting of members Jorja Douglas, Renée Downer and Stella Quaresma. They are inspired by the likes of SZA, Mariah Carey, Aaliyah, Whitney Houston, H.E.R., and Mary J. Blige.

After the trio released their debut single, “Cardboard Box” in March 2022, they started gaining attention on social media after a clip from the music video went viral on Twitter. Their debut EP, The Lead was put out just 4 months after their debut. It spawned the singles “Immature” & “Not My Job,” the latter released as part of the Apple Music Up Next Film Edition of the project. After the success of the extended play, the girls received the 2023 Brit Award for Rising Star, becoming the first girl group ever to win the award.

In March 2023, they released the “Fly Girl,” a collaboration with American rapper and icon Missy Elliott. The record ended up being their highest entry on the UK Singles Charts, debuting at number 38.

In July 2023, the group surprise-released their second EP 3 of Us as a gift to their fans for patiently waiting for their debut album.
