Formed by high school friends on December 4, 2015, Flipturn is a Florida based band. Flipturn consists of Dillon Basse (lead vocals/rhythm guitar), Tristan Duncan (lead guitar) Madeline Jarman (bass), and Adrian Walker (drums).

“Cartoon Head," the band’s first single, was released in late 2016, followed their first EP, Heavy Colors, released in March of 2017.

In April 2018, sophomore EP Citrona was released, with seven tracks in total, including single “Churches.”

2019 saw the release of two standalone singles, “Eleanor” and “Darling”, the last two tracks that featured Taylor Allen (backing vocals/keyboard), who left the band in December 2019.
