Faouzia Ouihya or simply Faouzia, is a Canadian singer from Manitoba, born on July 5, 2000 in Morocco. She started her career by doing song covers on YouTube and participating in several singing competitions, winning a few of them.
Faouzia also features on four songs: “Battle” by the internationally known French DJ David Guetta, “Money” by the popular French rapper Ninho, the Arabic version of the song “I Dare You” by the famous American singer Kelly Clarkson and “I Fly” by the Swedish electronic dance-pop duo Galantis. In 2020, Faouzia also collaborated with John Legend on the song “Minefields,” which garnered much attention upon its release.
Faouzia would enter 2021 with “Hero,” a track dealing with one-sided infatuations. It would released on June 29th.
